This technically challenging renovation of a historic building encompassed life safety, mechanical, lighting control and security upgrades throughout the seven-floor structure. BCCI partnered with the client to successfully incorporate energy efficient equipment into the project plan that improves the building’s operational performance utilizing highly advanced systems. Construction activities were sequenced to minimize disruption to  building tenants and neighboring businesses, and system switchovers were coordinated to maintain continuous service. The project resulted in creating a state-of-the-art office and conference space meeting the client’s goal of renovating this treasured building.
