BCCI is conducting all preconstruction for the owner, Portland Pacific Main LLC at the 430 Main Street apartment complex. The anticipated start for this project is July 2010 with the goal of achieving LEED NC-Gold. The project involves the removal of existing multi-tenant commercial building to construct a new (8) story residential building with full basement to be used for parking. The two existing lots will be merged as part of this project. The new structure will result in a total of 113 residential units which are market rate apartments.
