BCCI is currently conducting selective demolition, seismic and historic renovation for The Battery project. Construction is scheduled to begin in Q2 2010.
The project consists of a mandatory un-reinforced masonry building (UMB) seismic upgrade, restoration work and an addition to the plaza basement and new fourth floor penthouse. New use is a private club, spa, health club, library, guest suites, restaurant and various club function rooms. The main ground floor lounge, second floor conference center rooms, and library will be avaliable for banquette and conference rentals to both members and the general public.
