BCCI completed all preconstruction services for the Rincon Gardens Apartments project. The renovation of both the interior and exterior existing 3 story Rincon Gardens Apartments includes the following scopes of work. The site is 4.33 acres with 200 residential units with two interior landscaped courtyards. The building has six structural separations which make it technically five separate structures. This stucco clad building contains 133 decks, and 67 grade level patios, including approximately 450 windows and 135 sliding doors.
