BCCI was intimately involved with the entire team for the phased, fast-track conversion of one-bedroom suites to two-bedroom suites, including adding new kitchens, in two, 12-story high-rise Student Housing apartment buildings in Escondido Village. BCCI conducted all preconstruction and construction while the building was occupied. BCCI's construction team delivered two floors in two weeks. Additional project scope includes upgrades to the Blackwelder lobby providing more effcient use of space.
