BCCI provided preconstruction and construction services for a five-floor, 50,800 square foot, phased renovation of the Vice Provost for Undergraduate Education (VPUE) office space. The project included upgrades to the MEP systems, removal of perimeter offices to improve natural light through the space, custom banquet seating, and new paint and carpet. Phase 1 which included the basement level and Floors 1 & 2 was completed during summer recess, and Phase 2 which comprised Floors 3 & 4 was completed while occupied on the lower levels.
