BCCI successfully completed the renovation of this historic hotel in downtown San Francisco. Extensive exterior renovations included seismic upgrades, a new glass and steel entry canopy and a property marquee sign. On the interior, new hickory wood flooring with an inlaid terrazzo mosaic, custom casework and the addition of a café and wine bar enhance the Italian theme, making this hotel a destination for visitors to Union Square.
