BCCI  took a highly collaborative construction approach to implement a complex build-out for this  global ophthalmic device company’s new Northern California location. The technical, two-story build-out included  open and private offices, conference and training facilities, R&D wet and dry labs, class 10,000 cGMP clean assembly manufacturing, QA/QC functions and warehouse space. Additional project scope included a new storefront, new central HVAC system, process piping systems for inert and toxic gases, CDA, DI water and vacuum systems. BCCI delivered this project on time and on schedule, meeting our client’s goals for the newly renovated workplace.
