When Bingham McCutchen expanded their prominent San Francisco law practice, they collaborated with BCCI’s team of professionals on the complicated office restack and conference center project. The phased project involved five floors of demolition and build-back of legal offices and support space in the heart of the financial district. A unique element in the project was the transformation of a free-standing retail podium into a technologically advanced reception and conference center. Construction included structural and mechanical upgrades to the building and the addition of a curved marble and glass staircase. All work was completed in 23 months to the great satisfaction of the client.
