Blue Shield of California embarked on an ambitious project with BCCI  for the complete build-out of ten floors for their new headquarters. Planned as a six-phase, 18-month restack project, BCCI built ten floors plus an additional short-term swing space for use during the build-out. This new space is designed with employee retention and productivity in mind, and includes a mix of enclosed and open-plan office spaces, a dining facility, conference center and training space, and a fitness center. The project was completed as-planned and on-time.
