BCCI's team worked closely with Brereton Architects and Cammisa and Wipf on the full floor renovation of the engineering firm's new office. Interfacing directly with the client during site visits, the submittal process, and installation ensured that the operation and design aesthetics of the completely new mechanical system, comprised of a 200-ton cooling tower; ductwork; and control system, met their expectations. With skylights and lofty open ceilings highlighting the exposed system, this critical element doubles as a showcase for the firm's design capabilities and engineering prowess. The project also includes raised flooring, private conference and meeting rooms, with the majority of the space dedicated to an open work environment allowing easy, informal interaction. The build-out suits the client's collaborative culture and achieves all of the firms goals for their new workplace.
