BCCI successfully transformed two floors of workspace into an existing single tenant building for this entertainment software company. The requirements primarily consisted of open office environments, with a minimum number of private offices but also included unique functions such as sound studios and customer testing areas for the development of new gaming products. Working with as much of the existing architecture as possible, the BCCI team successfully repositioned the space to support the specific needs and brand continuity for this highly creative client.
