BCCI partnered with Gensler to create a new headquarters for this inspiring, non-profit foundation. Working closely with the architect during the design/build phase, we implemented a creative solution that involved a soffit ceiling enclosure to reduce noise and isolate mechanical equipment. This full build-out project includes: new reception, conference rooms, executive lounge with living room, large kitchen and event space, employee lounge, open and private offices. Retrofitting modern features into an older building posed a unique challenge that we solved together with Gensler’s world-class design team. The results are a highly functional and unique workspace.
