Hyatt Regency San Francisco
San Francisco, CA

The Hyatt Regency was looking for creative ways to refresh their existing building and provide guests with easier access to amenities. BCCI partnered with Gensler and the Hyatt to revive the landmark 802 guestroom hotel overlooking the historic San Francisco waterfront. We worked closely with the City electrical inspector to design/build the infrastructure for the installation of 80,000 custom LED lighting in the 17-story atrium lobby. Additional work included building a new 24-hour fitness center, guest business center, and relocation of the car rental desk. All construction was conducted during business hours with no interruption to guests.
