BCCI completed the complex phased, design/build renovation of four existing buildings and a parking garage including base building maintenance and repairs, MEP infrastructure upgrades, security improvements, ADA improvements, and new tenant improvements to accommodate each department’s specific needs. BCCI was a critical team member in developing detailed budgets and schedules to achieve the target dates for each area of construction. Site surveys were conducted to confirm quantities for reuse and existing systems were verified for proper functioning. Using our Real Time Estimator program, BCCI promptly provided several budget scenarios of varying configurations for Kaiser Management to present to each user group that will occupy the space. BCCI achieved multiple zero punch lists with the delivery of each phase, allowing the client’s employees to move in to a flawless new workplace without the distraction of continued construction activities.
