BCCI moved to the China Basin building as their business and staff was expanding. Partnering  with Gensler to design and plan renovations proved invaluable and the end results speak for themselves. BCCI’s commitment to sustainability is reflected in the design and reuse of materials, maximized use of daylight with responsive controls, low VOC finish materials, and 20% indoor water reduction contribute to the pending LEED CI-Silver certification. Open offices, dynamic conference rooms and open workspaces create synergies and foster a strong team environment.
