The Bently Reserve

This challenging renovation to the historic Bently Reserve, formerly the Old Federal Reserve building encompassed energy efficient mechanical, lighting control and security system upgrades throughout the entire structure, improving the building’s operational performance and retrofitting for LEED certification. Sustainable elements of the project included a daylight harvesting system that can be controlled remotely. The project was achieved LEED CS Silver, meeting the client’s vision of transforming a landmark structure into a state-of-the-art green conference center and office space.
