Addressing Duane Morris’s growing needs, BCCI planned and managed a phased renovation and expansion to their West Coast offices. The firm desired a fresh, neutral palette to showcase their dynamic collection of emerging artwork. Expansion included additional floors, state-of-the-art training room, new offices, lobby, reception and LEED executive center. Use of natural light, recycled furniture and reused materials supplement the LEED component of this project. Floor to ceiling glass conference rooms create an open, collaborative environment for one the world’s largest law firms.
