The build-out for this well respected engineering firm required creative materials sourcing in order to complete the project within a compressed timeframe. Recycled wood elements and windows were used along with re-engineered mechanical, lighting and life safety elements. This combination of new and existing components created a unique challenge during the installation process. Yet through careful planning and procurement, BCCI delivered the project within budget and to the highest degree of quality for this LEED-CI certified space.
