BCCI has completed numerous projects for this global technology company, including a state- of-the-art executive briefing center and executive offices. At One California Street, BCCI completed 8 floors of space to accommodate the client's aggressive growth requirements. Sustainable elements of the project include recycled furniture systems, bamboo millwork, recycled coconut shell backsplashes and energy efficient lighting and motion sensors. BCCI worked closely with the client, serving as both the contractor and the LEED Consultant to ensure that Salesforce.com’s commitment to sustainability is reflected throughout the space. The project is currently pursuing LEED Silver Certification.
