BCCI worked in partnership with this nationally renowned architectural firm  to plan and construct an aesthetically pleasing, environmentally responsible space. Located in the historic Bently Reserve Building in downtown San Francisco, this newly constructed office  comprises 56,000 square feet of space over two floors. An additional outdoor garden area provides a unique refuge from the dense urban surroundings. The existing brick façade and concrete slab were salvaged and refurbished, highlighting the original building elements and promoting materials reuse. Energy saving lighting systems and eco-friendly materials were used throughout the space. The project team achieved a workplace that reflects the firm’s “big idea” design philosophies and sustainability principles.
