SAN FRANCISCO (March 31, 2009) - BCCI Construction, a leading commercial contractor, is pleased to announce Brad Gates, former president of Oakland-based BBI Construction, has joined the company as a Vice-President. Brad will be responsible for business development efforts and will be joining Debbie Fleser, Divisional Vice-President, in BCCI's Palo Alto office. Gates brings more than 15 years of experience in the construction and real estate industry to BCCI. As president of the general contractor BBI Construction, Gates was responsible for the developing the organizational structure and overseeing the day-to-day management of the $35 million company. Turner Construction in San Francisco where he was responsible for negotiating client deals and agreements for more than $3 billion of sales volume. Gates has also served as director of marketing for The Koll Company and vice president sales and marketing for Image Builders Facilities Management. His affiliations include membership in CoreNet, Northern California Chapter, and the San Francisco Planning and Urban Research Association. He received a B.A. in finance from California State University in Fullerton.
